Check in/Out
Check in is from 3 to 7 p.m. but if you need to check after 7 p.m. please make arrangements in advance. Guest must vacate on check out day by 1 p.m.. We are flexible and if no guest are checking in on that same day we are happy to extend your check out time. In addition, if you wish to check in prior to 3 p.m. please check with us. If there are no guest in the unit we are happy to have you check in early at no additional cost. If you wish to checkout prior to your scheduled departure date please notify us of your early departure. There are no refunds or credits for early departure or unused time.

Deposit and Refunds
Reservations require a one day rental fee which is due at the time of reservation.  If you are paying with cash or debit card we require a credit card number for a reservation. Checks are not accepted. Due to the size of our operation cancellations can be a money drain for us. Therefore, cancellations must be made 10 days in advance of your scheduled arrival. A cancellation for any reason is a cancellation and a fee of $35.00 may be applied. The full amount of rental fee paid at the time of reservation is not refundable if a 10 day cancellation is not given.

Guest/Responsible Party
The person who tenders payment will be held responsible for all occupants complying with rental policies, procedures and restrictions. That person must be physically present the entire duration of the rental stay and no subletting is allowed. Day guest are welcomed but not more than 4 guest at a time unless approved in advance by Deer Creek Meadows. In addition, day guest may use the facilities if approved in advance by Deer Creek Meadows. At check in all guest must sign a liability release form to use the facilities of Deer Creek Meadows. No loud parties or music is permitted and any violation may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund. We want to maintain the peace and quiet that eveyone can enjoy, and we request that everyone respect our little farm. Aside from normal wear and tear, you will be responsible to pay Deer Creek Meadows for any damages to the property or its contents during your stay. We are not responsible for items left behind. Please check to make sure all appliances are turned off ie. coffee pot, stove

Coyote Den

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bedroom with queen size bed Coyote Den is located on the south edge of The Meadows. Guest can sit on the porch and view the clear stary skys at night. Each cottage has a fire pit and a grill. Bring your charcoal and enjoy a cookout.

Whispering Pines

Whispering Pines is located within 20 feet of Deer Hollow and at the north edge of The Meadows. Deer and other wildlife travel up and down the banks of Deer Hollow and without warning they can sometimes be seen in the early morning or late evening crossing The Meadows.

The Barn

This old barn houses a hot tub for the use of all guest. It seats 7. Turn on the twinkle lights, put on a CD and listen to your favorite music while you relax.
