Sorry, pets are not allowed in any of our facilities, or on the property.

Fishing
Catch and release fishing on Meadows Pond is permitted. Fishing equipment and a Texas Fishing License are not provided. Fishing with live minnows, shad, or other fish species bait is not permitted. All other live bait and lures are welcome. Swimming and wading in meadows pond or the Minnow Tank are not permitted.  Meadows Pond is stocked with catfish, bluegill, and crappie. There are times that we allow our guest to keep fish if they cook them while staying at Deer Creek Meadows. Please contact our staff for the cost and details in obtaining a permit to keep fish.

Smoking
Deer Creek Meadows is a limiited smoking facility and smoking is strictly forbidden inside any structure. However, smoking is permitted on porches, at the fire pits, or in your personal vehicle as long as there is no objection from any other guest. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the meadows, wooded areas, pool area, old barn, and any area where there are other guest present. At no time should butts be thrown on the ground. Smoking inside a structure is subject to a $200.00 clean up fee which will be billed to the registered guest or charged to the registered guest's credit card.

Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted for guest of legal drinking age but must be consumed at the guest facility and must be used in moderation. Any guest creating a problem related to the use of alcohol will be immediately evicted from the property without refund.

Linens, Bathroom Toiletries
Sheets and blankets, etc are provided at each facility. Kitchens are fully equiped with the exception of the Barn Room. Guest should bring their own food, fishing gear, and charcoal for grilling.  Bathrooms are fully supplied with the exception of toiletries. It is our policy to bill the registered guest for any missing items.

Maintenance
Any locked area is reserved for the storage of the private property/supplies of Deer Creek Meadows. These areas are not included in the rental of your guest facility. From time to time it may be necessary for us or our representative to enter the guest facility during reasonable hours for any purpose connected to the repair, care or management of the property.
